  1. Address of the venue
  2. Google maps link via TinyUrl
  3. Closest metro/bus station and local name of the place
  4. Dates and time when registration opens, talks begins and when everything ends
  5. Security information
  6. What to bring along, and what not to
  7. 24/7 email and mobile phone contact
